SHIPPING POLICY
We are happy to help get your new snake to you and will ship the animal following all proper and safe shipping guidelines. We also offer delivery of the animal for an additional fee. The expense for transporting or shipping the animal to you will be added to your total and need to be paid at time of purchase. 100% payment is required before any animal is shipped (this includes the shipping costs).
Animals are shipped overnight using a suitable delivery service to the buyer's nearest delivery center, where they will be held for pickup. Exceptions for home delivery may be made if there is no such location within reasonable driving distance (≤ 1 hour) of the buyer however it remains the discretion of Mystic Mutations.
If the buyer fails to obtain the animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery, our live arrival and Health Guarantee is void.
HEALTH GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY
All of our snakes are only sold if they are in good health and have met all guidelines established on our FAQ page. All sales are final and no refunds will be given. Rehoming and shipping costs can be agreed upon/ discussed between Mystic Mutations and the buyer.
We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement. Issues arising after this window but within the first 7 days of receipt may be considered for full or partial refunds, credits, or replacements on a case-by-case basis. PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made in either E-transfer or cash (to our discretion). 100% payment is required before any reptile changes possession.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
If you are interested in buying multiple snakes a discount will be applied as follows:
3 snakes = 10% discount
4 snakes = 15%
5 snakes and over = 20%
SEX GUARANTEE
Animal sex is 100% guaranteed. We check the sex of each animal multiple times before shipping to reduce the risk of error. Please inform us of discrepancies between the listing and the animal within 7 days for resolution.
